July 16 2:00 pm HPL Summer Reading Club Activity Hackley Public Libray, Youth Services Department. Z's Kids Club Traveling Animal Show. John Ball Zoo's Mobile Zoo brings live animals to the Library. To match our Reading Bug theme, critters will include a scorpion, tarantula, or other many-legged wonder. Zoo docents lead the program and let kids see the animals close up. Kids can catch, study and release outdoor bugs with these 'scientific tools" they'll make at the workshop. Projects will include butterfly nets, an amazing Bug Vacuum, and a nighttime Moth Lantern.
