The entry fee is $25.00 for individuals or $100 for teams of 4 players.  Or sponsor a team!&lt;br&gt;

Dr.  Deborah Smith Pollard enjoys an exciting dual career as Associate Professor of English Literature at the University of Michigan-Dearborn and host/producer of &amp;#147;Strong Inspirations,&amp;#148; a contemporary gospel music program that has been heard on FM 98 WJLB-Detroit since 1994. Pollard, who has lectured internationally on gospel music, has published articles in both academic and popular journals. Her book When the Church Becomes Your Party: Contemporary Gospel Music, was a Michigan Notable book for 2009.&lt;br&gt;

Kids can boost reading skills and confidence at private read-aloud sessions with a trained Listener Dog.   They&amp;#146;ll go home with a Paw Print Diploma and a new enthusiasm for reading.  The friendly pooches are from West Michigan Therapy Dog, Inc.  Children sign up for 15 minute sessions.  Registration opens in August.&lt;br&gt;

Roger Rapoport, of RDR Publishing, will discuss the steps to getting your book in print and share his extensive knowledge of the publishing industry.  Mr. Rapoport is a published author whose latest book is &amp;#147;Citizen Moore:  the life and times of an American Iconoclast&amp;#148;. &lt;br&gt;
