It seems Nicole Murphy is no longer deliriously in love with husband and comedianEddie.
The couple were separated in July, and Nicole filed for divorce on Friday, citing those awful irreconcilable differences. The Murphys have been married 12 years and have five children.
"The welfare of our children is our main concern, and their best interest is our first priority," Murphy, 44, told Entertainment Tonight last week.
We all remember Murphy's brief encounter with a transvestite prostitute eight years ago along Santa Monica Boulevard, right? The actor told police he was just giving a stranger a ride, and no charges were filed.
Nicole is seeking spousal support and joint custody of the children.
