Police pull the plug on the 'russ'
Norway's hard-partying high school graduates known as "russ" look like they'll have to accept quieter festivities next year. Politicians in suburban Bærum already have banned the throbbing stereo systems the russ mount on the vehicles they ride around in, and Oslo police vow a crackdown on noise as well. | |
