Cheney shot a "fellow" quail hunter ... instead of a quail.
Perhaps it really was an accident. But shouldn't somebody be investigating the possibility that he simply changed sides? That he decided ... or was induced ... to bear arms on behalf of the birds, against his own kind?
Can you say "enemy combatant"?
