I Am So Mad I Could Spit

This is the second night in a row that cbs and Katie Couric and attacked the natural food stores and supplements.  Mark my words the government and the drug companies want you to be forced to go to a doctor to get vitamin B12.  It's unbelivable that here in America land of the free, soon we we won't even be able to decide on our own what supplements we ingest in our bodies, we are to ignorant to make that decision.  There is a movement afoot to make natural supplements illegal without a prescription.  Please call your Congressman or Representative and tell them we can decide on our own what we ingest into our own bodies.  Thank you

Charity Warning

I have noticed lately many complaints that some charities are using mailings that could appear to be a bill. Everyone with aging parents who are still independent should pay close attention to mom and dads checking account. Many of these direct mail pleas look and read like demand for payment. Another thing, those annoying phone calls that try to sell you something, they can be stopped.  It is against the law for anyone to call after you have told them not to.
