Apologies for the site interruption
There wasn't much I could do from Helsinki - hosting problem Hmmm...
Since this same server forwards my e-mail connected with Race Walking Record, if anyone has sent me important e-mails or results etc. since Wednesday or so, could they please try again.
I kept another weblog going from Helsinki, which received about 10 times the number of hits this site does. you may - I repeat may - still be interested to see behind the scenes...

 Helsinki, Finland - Sergey Kirdyapkin after his 50km Race Walk win at the 10th IAAF World Championships in Athletics commented, "I love to walk. I can just walk and walk for hours around the city."
Result.
Note - many of the specifics of this story are very incorrect, hard to know what to say....
