This DigiDome site is pretty comprehensive, it even has a picture of my old Samsung machine. (I still have every PC and all the manuals I ever used in storage.)
1:11:55 AM At the bottom of this page is the old IBM PS/1: "Like the PCjr. and the PS/2 MCA line this machine was not a success. It failed as a product because of the limited expansion possibilities and the fact that it uses unique PS/1 hardware."
I remember using this to connect to local BBSs and I started to program with Turbo Pascal on. We just got a new 120GB hard drive for a new Windows server for hosting Radio UserLand weblogs and other content. Two weeks ago, I got a new home server with a pair of the same model of hard drives.
My first PC (Samsung SPC-3000) didn't have a hard drive. Then I got an IBM PS/1 with around a 30MB drive. Since then I've skipped from a few hundred MB to 8, 30 GB and now I'm at 120GB x 2. In around ~15 years.
