Wi-Fi Networking News: "United opted out of its Connexion relationship in favor of Tenzing (via Verizon Airfone), another Seattle-area firm, but their email plan will be available on every domestic flight, run $15.98 per flight, and include a whopping 2 kilobytes. Each additional K is 10 cents. The Verizon folks don't seem to have any understanding of what they're offering."
