Marcus Aurelius Antoninus. "If you are distressed by anything external, the pain is not due to the thing itself, but to your estimate of it; and this you have the power to revoke at any moment."

Lucky us we left for a few days in Marbella just hours before the worst storm of the decade hit Europe. We're having a great time here, but back at the ranch the storm wreaked havoc. One swan died from flying debris, and we lost a couple of windows to swirling shingles. Luc, who takes care of the castle for us, said the storm was almost like the Wizard of Oz, complete with horse stables flying through the air! [not ours].
We're back on thrusday and already feeling well rested. Much needed because we go into full production mode on our 'Adam's Family' reality show next week.
Something about Marbella, playground for the rich and famous...you know what's better than owning a yacht in the Marbella harbour? A friend with a yacht in the Marbella harbour!
