Weblogs are starting to really work! I posted about my processor troubles at the thursday and one day later I received this email from HP, who's print driver is the culprit of my (and others) problems with OSX 10.2.2.
Great customer service! It would be even better if Jeanne had a "weblog" so she could keep her users current on recent developments while not having to "deal with the distraction of my mailbox getting filled with flames".
