Completely elated here to see Apple supporting RSS. I watched Steve Jobs' keynote speech a the developers conference. I thought Jobs did a poor job of explaining exactly what the new version of Safari will do with RSS. Never once did I hear the term aggregator. From what I gather SafariRss takes a stab at solving the subscription problem. Instead of copying the url from an orange on white xml icon and pasting it into a subscription field in an aggregator, the browser auto-detects an rss feed. Bookmarking that page of rendered rss adds it to a built in aggregator. Pretty good hack, but using a blue rss icon as Apple's branding of RSS should not be the reward. It's confusing and is counter productive to any marketing theory I can think of.
It's not too late for them to change it to orange on white. Ofcourse they may also work out a deal with the Konfabulator folks and then again, to quote my friend Madonna; "Monkeys might fly out of my butt".
Beertje van Beers bracht ons een bezoek vanmorgen. Altijd lekker bezig en super sexy die engelse kostschool schoenen! Heb nog geprobeerd een upskirt te maken, niet gelukt heelaas :(
Perry: "It seems that Apple thinks Konfabulator is pretty cool! Just to clear the air, Apple has not bought Konfabulator, it hasn't hired the developers, it hasn't even talked to us. They just seem to like our product. A lot!"
1 Peter 3:8-9: Finally, all of you, have unity of mind, sympathy, brotherly love, a tender heart, and a humble mind. Do not repay evil for evil or reviling for reviling, but on the contrary, bless, for to this you were called, that you may obtain a blessing.
Er wordt druk geschreven op de nieuwe groep-log. We zijn nog aan het experimenteren, wat moet wel op de voorpagina en wat blijft een 'bericht'. Welke afdelingen zijn er, en wat is nieuws?
