> Here's one for Dan Gilmour's Customer Service Blog: I've been waiting all day for a package that was supposed to be delivered by UPS. When I tracked the package on their website I thought it was funny that it said "Exception -- Internal Processing Code", but I kept waiting. Well, it turns out that this message means that UPS couldn't deliver because the San Francisco Dept. of Public Works is replacing the sewer main on my street (yes, I got to enjoy jackhammers all day too). No, UPS didn't bother to tell me that they weren't delivering my package. They just expect me to wait until they feel like delivering my package. Bastards...   7:19:46 PM  Link  Google It!
