Wes Felter: BitTorrent as it is today is not suitable for distributing RSS feeds, because the centralized tracker uses just as much bandwidth as a modern Web server. P2P news delivery is a great concept, but to make BitTorrent suitable for RSS you'd have to make enough changes that you might as well start from scratch. I'm still holding out for Newswire as the solution.
