Added logic to create a XML icon link to the OPML file for each directory. This link is not at the top level, but on each of the lower level pages. Used the radio.weblog.getUrl macro to obtain the site URL to construct the XML icon link.

With completion of the OPML file link feature, I am calling the development of the main application complete. Now, I need to work on the documentation, the installation, cleanup of the code, and adding logic to handle file path differences between Macintosh and Windows systems.
