Microsoft Knowledge Base Articles by XML Feed
This is just too cool - in a geeky sort of way. The GREAT site KbAlertz is now offering RSS feeds of new articles posted to the Microsoft Knowledge Base. The tremendous significance of this is that I can add RSS feeds for the programs I wish to follow into my news aggregator and get references to the articles there, rather than by email.
Hoo-ahh!
Basically, you go to the KbAlertz list of topics/programs, click on one in which you are interested, copy the URL for the XML feed from the page that pops up, and paste it into your news aggregator.
What? You don't have a news aggregtor? Get one. Seriously. A news aggregator lets you scan literally scores of news sources in much less time than it takes to navigate to even a few news web sites. About.com has an introduction to news aggregators and reviews of several products that seems to be a good place to start.
