iPod shuffle

So, I guess I should wade in on the iPod shuffle....
Summary:
If I didn't already own an iPod, I would snap one of these up the minute I could buy one. The price is competitive with smaller player(memory) and the fact is, I rarely go looking for a specific song. I usually shuffle my music more than anything else.
My curiosity is if these have the same shuffle logic that is in the standard iPod. I assume so. You'd have to use one to understand how eerie the iPod's shuffle can be, it seems to be really good at picking out a line of music that doesn't conflict aurally. I have stuff from all sorts of weird genres/artists mixes together on my 20GB, and it does an amazing job of picking songs.
