The Giants are going back to Atlanta And that's why you let Livan Hernandez pitch in the playoffs. About half the bay area sports writers where questioning the wisdom of letting Hernandez pitch instead of Russ Ortiz in a do-or-die game. I guess they forgot about Hernandez's 5-0 record in the playoffs with 2 complete games. Hernandez was in typical playoff form, allowing 3 runs in 8 1/3 innings. The Giants won 8-3. Ortiz will start Game 5 in Atlanta tomorrow night. Go Giants. 8:26:54 PM     Comment []
