The People's Settlement Let's see, we have a convicted monopolist and an adminsitration unwilling to prosecute beyond a wrist slap. It sounds like the perfect time for the people to settle this. The People's Settlement is simple, if you own a monopolist's product, make it available to others. There is no reason that a monopolist's piracy should be rewarded.
