We gave away our little explorer this morning. It was tougher than I expected. He was the pick of the litter, a special little cat. Now he is in a new home with new parents that may not recognize that.
Hopefully he won't miss his sibs too much. And hopefully he will get along with the new kitten that will be added to his house in two weeks. And hopefully he won't be hassled by the small child in the house.
Now he is gone and we are left hoping for the best. I think that he will be fine, because he is a special cat. But that doesn't make it easier. The house has a hole in it tonight.
