Today was a long, hot day in San Jose. The backyard temperature topped 90 degrees. Inside the houses it got up to 84 and it was over 105 in the attic. In my office with the computer running it was distinctly warmer, topping out at 87.
The cats are all sacked out on the floor trying to sleep it off.
Hopefully, the overnight temps will drop down enough to cool off the house. Last night, it only got down to 73 outside and we started the day at 76 inside.
The forecast suggests that it will stay hot through the weekend and only start cooling down next Tuesday. I haven't checked out the temps in Roseville, but Monterey is sounding pretty nice about now.
