I've been using MarsEdit to post all of the most recent entries. I have to say that I really like the design. It does what it needs to do, and then gets out of the way.

I also really like that it's scriptable, one of the functions I use the most (adding paragraph tags) is a scripted function.

I'm thinking that maybe the name will change, since it seems to play off of "iPod" too closely, but it looks like Podcasting is an idea whose time has come.

I remember wanting to do a radio show when I was in college. Now that the distribution problem has been solved, and now that pretty much anybody with a computer can record audio, the only real excuse I have for not making my own radio show is that doing quality work is tough.

You don't realize just how tough it is until you've recorded yourself while you were saying things that, at the time, felt very profound and interesting. When you play it back, it becomes obvious that you are really an idiot, masquerading as a smart person.

Or at least that's my personal experience.

But I'll keep trying.
