Russ Lipton Documents Radio simplex veri sigillum My earlier Frontier, Manila or Radio pictur-ized, link-enriched and rewritten to fit more neatly with this weblog and the morning's upstreamed topic on Userland's Scripting Tutorial. More particularly, a brief explanation of the difference between your visible Radio weblog interface and the StaticSites Tool within the core Radio application. All-too-brief, alas. feedback: 12:37:12 PM
Using Radio for Userland's Scripting Tutorial. Steve Pilgrim, this one's for you. And the rest of us. Now, don't become frustrated. Keep diggin. Lots of little holes for me to fill behind this short topic over the next couple of days. (I'm figuring the deal is that Userland makes big holes as it races blitzkreig-style to Berlin and I get to use my little toy shovel to smooth out the potholes a bit for those of us trucking after ....). feedback: 11:37:06 AMUserland is lucky that Scott Johnson, moron (not) is taking an interest in Radio and, even better, hacking Radio. Not everyone ran a company whose long-running hypertext/hypermedia product (Hyperwriter) drew an editor's choice from PC Magazine. I always liked it because (not unlike Userland) Scott's company built a somewhat funky but quite powerful product that was highly user-centric. It makes me a bit nervous that Scott is writing tutorials. Just kidding, Scott! The more the merrier. Besides, Scott is a geek at heart and my space is end-users anyway. Check out that active 'not' link above for a sample or two. Message to somebody: hire Scott quick before he gets away. I know him. He is a hard-worker and an honest dude. feedback: 11:33:21 AM
