Contra Costa Times - News. Contra Costa planners OK development
SAN RAMON -- The Contra Costa Planning Commission, one of two panels reviewing a controversial 1,400-unit proposal for Tassajara Valley, approved it by a 6-1 vote Monday night with newly appointed commissioner Steven Mehlman as the dissenting vote.
