Time goes by too fast. Saturday we went lighthouse hunting again. This time we went to Portsmith, New Hampshire to see Castle Hill Light (at least, I think that was it's name). Here's a few pictures:

We found the lighthouse easily enought (thanks to using our trusty GPS and Street Atlas USA for the Mac). And we stumbled in and eventually found the way through the fort to get near the lighthouse to see someone locking it up. At least he let us stay a little after he left so that we could take a couple of up close pictures, except we had to put the do not trespass sign back into place before we left. Maureen seemed almost too happy to put this sign back:

Are there any current programs that do mapping with a GPS that work under Mac OS X? Street Atlas 6 for the Mac isn't all that great - Delorme seems to think that only PC users exist as they haven't updated this program in years. I'd be glad to update to a new program even if I needed to get a new GPS (we're currently using a delorme earthmate).

We had picnic with a couple of our friends (Bruce and Jessica) last night at Dean Park. It was great to get together with them and meet Cleo - one of their dogs. Really nice folks. We had a great time.

This is an older picture of Bruce's and Jessica's dogs: Amber (on the left) and Cleo (on the right). Cleo is about nine months old now. This picture was from a few months ago. Cute kids.

Remember to spend more time doing important things like spending time with friends. Time flies and it is our one non-renewable resource.
