I have been taking a couple of days off. Despite being out of town, I am able to access the internet (my motel has wireless - believe it or not) and have been able to get some work done (which is a sad statement about my ability to let go).

Christmas was good to me. I didn't really get any new toys - save one. I finally got a digital camera and have been playing with it incessantly. I took it up skiing yesterday, exposing it to -11 degrees Celcius. It functioned like a champ and I got a couple of way overexposed snowy pics.
