Jim Bizzocchi gave a great talk at the BC ETUG yesterday. I was intrigued to hear his integrative approach to gaming, learning, new media and education. The talk came at a perfect time for me as Jim provided a bibliography and I was looking for references (as if I had enough time to do more reading).

Another highlight of the workshop was to meet Scott Leslie, local edublogger. Scott was leading a roundtable on blogging in education, and had lots to say about some of the issues that still bother me about institutional blogging (motivation to blog and finding the time to blog are high on my list of concerns).
