Wednesday, March 3, 2004I am at the Educause Western Regional Conference. The opening keynote is about security (as is much of the conference). In the aftermath of the Bagle virus (which had enough social engineering in it to make me pause for a moment before deleting it), I am not sure if I should be relieved or worried about legislation like this California law.
