I just put up a new web site, http://www.marklesflats.net, about Markles Flats, the nation's first alternative public junior high school (in Ithaca, NY), which I attended from 1970 to 1973, the entire span of its existence. This site was built by my old friend and bandmate Charlie Shew, with contributions from Jane Halton. The content so far is based on photos and interviews from the first Markles reunion, which was held this past summer. We're hoping that we can build up the site over time with the help of other alumni and former staff and include as much historical material as we can find.
