Microsoft sets price for Japanese Xbox. The video game console will go on sale in Japan on schedule, at a price nearly identical to Sony's market-leading PlayStation 2. [CNET News.com] Based on Microsoft's past business practices I decided to buy a Game Cube over the holidays. Besides, You'll never see Mario on an Xbox.
