Police Checked Suspect's Plates At Least 10 Times. What's the probability of that this could happen for an innocent vehicle? If it is as low as I imagine, how come that records for license checks are not joined? This is not the only part of this that suggests terrible information systems (for instance, Alabama doesn't subscribe to the national FBI fingerprint database). Civil libertarians may prefer the systems stay that way, but we better understand the price we pay for the disconnects. 11:08:42 PM
