the way i read it... if i use an unadultered <%itemtitle%> in the #daytemplate i wind up adding another hotlink to the item's archive locale (by category) onto the page.
the way i read it, i better leave the itemlink field alone.. this way i will always get a permalink to the item included in the rss feed. to add a 'primary link' to the outside, i think i'm going to use the enclosure field more and more. i like that it has no relation to anything else mattering right now. for now, because i like my itemtitles without links, i set up my own value in the publish callback and adjusted the 'new/edit post' window to accomodate the new field. | ||
