This weblog is hosted by UserLand as part of the purchase price of its weblogging software called Radio 8.0.
They are reporting major problems with their web servers right now, a worm.
Apologies to all those who came to this site expecting to download documents today. I do not know when normal service will be resumed, but I hope it does not take too long.

I am constantly amazed at how much of a spam or junk mail magnet a Hotmail account is. Ten junk mails every day.
I keep a Hotmail account for when I am on the road or at someone else’s office. Luckily, Apple has a similar service now in beta, called WebMail. It already works fine.
All you need is an existing iTools account. And even if you are not currently a Mac owner you can set up your own iTools account on a borrowed computer, and then continue to access your email using WebMail on your usual machine, even if it is a Windows computer.
