They make lava lamps, don't they?

Matmos have used the sounds of: amplified crayfish nerve tissue, the pages of bibles turning, a bowed five string banjo, slowed down whistles and kisses, water hitting copper plates, the runout groove of a vinyl record, a $5.00 electric guitar, liposuction surgery, cameras and VCRs, chin implant surgery, contact microphones on human hair, violins, rat cages, tanks of helium, violas, human skulls and many other unusual sources... despite it all there music is surprisingly easy to listen too. My favourite is the electro house anthem 'California Rhinoplasty', made from the sounds of nose surgery. [RGBK at Computerlove ]

I can't click through to any of the tracks on the site, which is irritating, but I feel that the description of what they do is worth posting in its own right. So I have.

Brett
Fellow Contax G2 user Brett Goldsmith sent me a link to his site. It consists of one page of photographs at the moment, but there will be music and other things later on. Enjoy.
