Laundry Story
I had to do laundry last night. Sadly, I had drained my Powerbook's battery down to empty, and my second battery was also empty.

So I take my power adaptor. Look for an outlet where I normally do laundry (the ghetto laundromat).. nope. Drive to the other laundromat (the hick laundromat) - yey, power.

Wash the clothes (two loads), dry (two loads). Drier rings, one is dry, the other hasn't started - not because it hasn't been spinning, not because I forgot to hit the button, but because it has decided to not heat up the clothes.

Exactly what I wanted. Or Not.

So I spend an extra 45 minutes in the laundromat. I love this russian roulette I play with the laundromats around here.

A quick scan through the recent posts dispels my fear that this blog has turned into The Laundry-Stories-And-Expose-Ranting Blog Of Nerdlyness, so I can post without fear.

[ME]: bummer
[HIM]: totally
