NNW 3 + "Enable Access For Assistive Devices" = Crazy Clicking

(Yes, I'm kind of using my blog to report a bug in NetNewsWire 3 (from here on out NNW 3), but also to give people some kind of searchable warning).

Maybe it's my machine, but in NNW 3 I would hover over any items in the Subscription list and those pages would open in NNW 3's browser (as if I had clicked or double-clicked the news item) . Hovering over news items had the same effect. Now it was only these items: if I hovered in a browser tab, or over the menu bars,

I made a new user account, and switched there: right as rain. I went back to my primary user account and removed my NNW preferences file. Still no go.

Ok, what different processes are running on my main account? Hmmm... Universal Access is running. System Preferences -> Universal Access -> Enable Access For Assistive Devices was ON. I turned it off, and suddenly no more clicking problems in NNW.
