I for one feel much safer now that the NYPD has taken these felony bicycle riders off the street. What a waste of taxpayers' time, money and the good name of those arrested for riding their bikes in the city. It is good to see that the NYPD had nothing better to do with their time and budget. But at least they could find a group of bike riders because normally they couldn't catch a cold in a bronchial ward.
