The BBC says in an article, New Orleans crisis shames Americans; "The only difference between the chaos of New Orleans and a Third World disaster operation, he said, was that a foreign dictator would have responded better."

I haven't said anything about Katrina, the Gulf Coast and the governmental response. Lots of words have been written so far and more will be written in the future and I couldn't add anything new or worthy to them, but I think Maureen Dowd of the NYTimes gets it so very right.
At the behest of my brother (he says that I should listen so I can hear what the mouthpieces of the bushites are saying) I reluctantly listened to Sean Hannity on Friday afternoon. He is a moron. He said that no one (Wired News) could have guessed how bad it would have been and then says that this is so even after reading all the articles in the Times-Picayune that had all the predictions. He is a very loud, dangerous wimp. I hate stupidity and he is the ultimate in that department.
