Dave Winer has been teasing us lately with his latest mind bomb. Today he mentioned it had something to do with what he calls "The World Outline."

I was googling today for some information on using the outliner included in Radio and found this article at Userland. It was last updated on January 2nd, 2002 and explains quite well what "The World Outline" is capable of. As a matter of fact, it's capable of doing it right now... it's just that it is rather obscure (which is why I was looking for info on using the outliner in the first place).

In "Linking and The World Outline", Dave explains how you too can harness the magical powers of "The World Outline."

Now, I don't know if this is what Dave has been referring to lately or what Aces he's got down his sleeve, but this alone, with a simpler UI, would be a real killer app.
