Sebastian Fiedler says he is "more interested in people telling (or showing) ... what it is they are trying to accomplish" with Weblogs than in hearing another definition of Weblogs. Mark Twain, "Don't tell me that the old lady screamed. Drag her in screaming." Which is, I hope, the purpose of k12blogWrite, where we might:
- Drop the blahditty-blah-blah (blogitty, blog, blog?) about blogs in education (or at least section it off).
- Meet each other in a informally linked community made up of individual blogs, but each member posing on k12bW a teacher inquiry question about writing and Weblogs in a k-12 context.
- Use the site to regulary (or haphazardly) point out what's happening in the inquiry so that others can follow along.
- Help each other out on tech questions if newbies boards elsewhere are unresponsive or don't get the k-12 twist.
