I would too if I were you. Ever wonder why CEOs make the money that they do? Because they earn it - one person can make or break at company at that level. Ask the folks at K-Mart how they feel about Chuck Conaway. K-Mart Remains Silent About Finances [yahoo]

Give me a break. This series will last all of about six episodes. It's horrible and completely untrue. If you really want to get a glimpse of what happens in the Surpeme Court, read Bob Woodard's Great Book, The Brethren. All my brethren. On CBS's unintentionally hilarious Supreme Court drama "First Monday," the nation's young and restless high court is a guiding light for the bold and the beautiful as the world turns. [Salon.com]

Legal Idiots. This one has bugged me for a long time. Almost everyone pleads not guilty at their first court appearance, it's the only way to retain an attorney and spend some time to see if you can strike some sort of a deal with the prosecution. You don't just walk into court and plead guilty without at least seeing what the other side has to offer.
I see this all of the time in the media. "Suspect in murder pleads not guilty." Well, no shit. Shoe Bomber Suspect Denies Charges. Richard C. Reid, accused of trying to blow up a transatlantic flight last month, pleaded not guilty today. [The New York Times: National]
