Back from the land of green hills and maple juice The east coast is HOT aned MUGGY these days. We got back from NY/VT just after midnight, because thunder storms grounded our plane on the tarmac for 3+hrs. The trip was fun, if a bit overly aggressive in terms of visiting schedules. Abbi & Marc got married on Saturday, Jenna & Juliet continue to sprout like weeds, Mimi and Poppi fell in love with Jackson all over again, I got to see tons of fireflies, and Jackson took his first swims in the pool. Unfortunately, we didn't get a chance to meet up with Tal & Dina to meet Alexandra Jewel, but he (they) sounded as tired as we felt, so perhaps it was for the best. Among Abbi's many friends and family, her cousin is married to Jimmy of Jimmy Eat World, and they are expecting their first born this fall.
