IE no longer a standalone product

Microsoft is phasing out standalone versions of its Internet Explorer Web browser, according to statements attributed to IE program manager Brian Countryman in an interview posted on the software giant's Web site.
Halleluya! On the one hand, MS is back to their old tricks of bundling. On the other hand, free browsers are a dying breed, which means that select web users will seek web tools (e.g. browser and aggregators) based on features, and will be willing to pay for them.
