Kill Bill, Vol. 3 Word on the street was correct: Brandy Karl, who has previously written @ FindLaw about our export of American-style copyright restrictions abroad via free trade agreements, now has a new piece up explaining why it's necessary to kill in its infancy the proposed Database and Collections of Information Misappropriation Act (DCIMA): In short, "[The] DCIMA is patently unconstitutional.
