Here is an April 1985 USENET posting I wrote, to net.nlang (wow, even before the Great Renaming!), about my "Mlang" phonetic English spelling system.
I still have to scan the mlang box and show some script examples.
I mentioned mlang on my "zia" weblog, last month, and (cryptically) here on GIGO last May.
