Suburban Chickens

Our chickens woke up our roommate at 6 am a few days ago.
She went out to see what all the commotion was about,
and it turned out that they were all up on top of the house that's
inside the chicken coop, squawking about this scary thing in the
middle of their world: a ... STICK! We figured they must have
thought it was a snake.
