Rosetta, the ESA's latest space probe is set to lift off on Thursday and we should be able to watch it live.
The mission is to rendezvous with the comet 67P/Churyumov-Gerasimenko
(gotta love the funky name) and then drop down to the surface. What
makes this mission so interesting is the possiblity of finding amino
acids inside the comet. If the comet contains amino acids (the building
blocks of life on Eath) it would raise the possiblity that "life" was
brought to earth by an external source.
Definetly one to watch :)

Scoble's vision on the future of blogging. Some great links, and some very good ideas. I particularly like the emphasis on standards in Blogs.
But what's really cool is I think I could actually code
some of the features that Scoble wants. I would really love an XHTML
based WYSIWYG editor... maybe that could be a future project?
