So far, I've read, Senator Ben Nighthorse Campbell and Senator Wayne Allard are reacting to Trent Lott's dilemma in normal fashion. Senator Campbell is going slow, not saying much, trying to stay out of the issue publicly. Senator Allard is taking the party line. It's OK guys, let him go, it's the right thing to do. We, most of us, are outraged.

NYPost.com: "These blogs have been leading the charge against Trent Lott and his appalling praise of segregationist 1948 presidential candidate Strom Thurmond. If Lott is forced to resign as Senate majority leader, which is devoutly to be wished, credit must go to the blogosphere."
