A very important decision today by Judge Motz. I know Dave Winer will be disappointed that it's not Radio on Windows. This decision is important because MS is being told that, in at least one instance, they must include a competitor's product solely because they have undue influence on the market. To answer the question of, "Why not software from Company B?" Well I would say the distinction would start with Judge Jackson's, Findings of Fact. Java is in there and Radio is not. Userland would need to figure out how they have been damaged and then sue.
