2003 Denver Mayoral Transition From e-mail to City employees: "Mayor John Hickenlooper and City Attorney Cole Finegan announced Wednesday that local attorney Michelle Lucero will be appointed as Deputy City Attorney. As Deputy, Lucero will serve as Finegan's second-in-command and oversee the administration of the City's Department of Law, currently consisting of 94 attorneys, 87 support staff, and 11 victim assistance staff." 6:04:22 PM
